THE PERFECT FALL SMOOTHIE
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup cinnamon sweet potato, avo + cauliflower each
4 romaine leaves
1 tsp cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg + ginger
1.5 cups of milk preferably coconut .

Yes plz 🙋🏼 this one is a winner, def try it! // RECIPE 👉🏽1 cup whole wheat pastry flour + 1 cup milk + 1 egg + 1 tsp baking powder + 1/2-3/4 cup pumpkin purée + pinch of salt + 1 tsp vanilla + 1/2 tsp cinnamon 💜 add chocolate chips once in the pan, and press them down so they don't burn // top with coconut oil or earth balance. Meal prep for the week done ✅ here is half of my next meal for today. Yes I eat tilapia and yes I like it. Seasoning and baking it is 🔑 Keeping everything clean and simple for the rest of prep since I'm less than 2 weeks out! Ahhhh PRO TIP: make all your meals and portion them out in containers so you can just grab and go. Freeze the meals for the end of the week and heat up when ready to eat!
