Oh, GRAPEFRUITS are in season and they're exceptionally good for you. Grapefruit was orginally found in South America and is a natural hybrid between an orange and a pomelo. It's high in Vitamin C, a natural fat burner, speeds up that metabolism, fights gum disease, liver cleanser and fellas it assists in protecting against prostate cancer. All that POWER in one piece of naturally grown fruit!💪🏽 No wonder my grandmother ate one every morning with her breakfast.🍳
Go and get you some grapefruit and eat it at least 3-5 times a week in salads, smoothies or by itself. It'll change your life.
Stay Delicious, baby.

Leave it to nature to keep surprising me 😜 #culinarygarden#herbalremedies#herbgarden
