NOTE TO SELF 📝
If you’re a creator, it’s easy to get caught up in all the gadgets and everything you “need” to make a production.
But if you’re seeing this right now, you already have more than you need to get started.
Your phone has more capability than NASA had at the time we landed on the moon.
You can always perfect it later.
Don’t over think it.
Just get moving.

The first picture was quite a few years ago 8 years maybe.
Even though that picture may look the same to you as the second picture I see a huge transformation from the inside and the outside.
The first picture I was unhappy with how I looked.
I focused on food way too much
I barley ate
I struggled with the number on the scale and the size
I was unhappy with the way I looked
All I wanted was to be skinny.
Which lets be honest isn’t fun.
But fast forward to now and I have changed so much!! I don’t count calories
I don’t focus on food nor does it control my day.
I workout less
I strive to be strong not skinny
And I am really happy!
How did I get here?? Well a whole lot of work. I found something that works for me.
Coaching and helping others has helped me realize how food is fuel and not the enemy
Coaching has helped me realize you don’t need to workout hours a day but with the right nutrition and working out You can get results.
If I didn’t jump into doing this job I may be still that un happy person running miles a day and working out hours trying get results.
When I find myself slipping into the old me. I tell myself out loud, “Liz don’t focus on the scale or the size that you are. Focus on your health, becoming stronger, and being happy with who God made you to be.” 🤗
Focus on strength and health not ever the a number on the scale.
Some of us find it's Unthinkable to have a full day just concentrating on ourselves, some of us can't justify spending money on ourselves & some of us are completely lost and overwhelmed with the need to put others first. This one day retreat in December offers you the chance to fully immerse yourself in everything that you need, giving yourself the space you deserve.
Invest in yourself, you truly matter more than you realise 💗

It's incredible to sit and think about what you've been through so far. Yet you're still here, you're still smiling and turning up to the world every day. You should be incredibly proud keep going , keep dreaming, keep believing let's do this 👊👊👊 #tuesdaymotivation
Negativity is sneaky. It creeps up on you, little by little until it’s too late to notice that you’ve been engulfed by it. Having said that, it’s all in the mind. One simple affirmation, or one simple act - say, smelling the roses, can change that! Positivity is a choice!
Failure is part of the game and nobody can succeed without failing, therefore, it is critical to learning more about failure.⠀
And I know - some of you might say - WHAT? Why learn about failure? The most reasonable thing is to just avoid it. ⠀
Of course, we all want to minimise the failure and maximize success and there is nothing wrong with that. But there is more to failure than just negative emotions and sense of guilt.⠀
Failure is experience and knowledge.⠀
You can only fail if you take action and taking action is the way to success. It's okay if you tried and failed but don't stop before trying, because that is the ultimate failure.⠀
I read a great book where I learned so much about failure so I was able to break my mental model and change my perspective. The book was called - The Black Box Thinking.⠀
I can bet with you that there has been time where you think you failed, but actually in the process learned the skill or gained the knowledge that later turned out to be helpful ;) Let me know in comments below ;)
