Timing isn’t everything—but everything takes time. I’m just another dreamer, but the difference with me is I won’t stop until I reach my goals. I may not be the “fittest,” “leanest,” “greatest physique,” .... YET. But there’s not a doubt in my mind that tells me I simply cannot do this, because I simply know that I can. I got every ambition, every mindset, and every ounce in me to chase this dream I have. I’ve been told I look more muscular lately, and although that’s not my ultimate goal.. I’m trying not to let that distract me from then ultimate goal I got on my mind right now. FAT LOSS OVER WEIGHT LOSS. so important. And that’s something @iifymapparel has been opening my eyes too recently. I have a lot of work to do, a lot to learn, and a long road to head down, but if you love what you do, you don’t see it as something that makes it just a “long road,” more like a Lifestyle...if that makes sense?! You put in your time, hard work, and dedication and every day you use what you got to make yourself BETTER, STRONGER, and everything you set yourself out to be in this lifetime. One day at a time, and before you know it—you’re there. This is what I’m sticking to and so should you! Keep inspired. Keep pushing yourself.
Gym at 4:30 in the morning, finished about 6:00 a.m. I struggled with deciding on what I wanted to do today because it’s thanksgiving week and I kinda want to do arms, kind of want to do legs. I wanted to do legs today and I woke up thinking..”what psychopath goes to the gym at 4 am on a Monday and says “Lets Train Legs!””😂🙄🤷🏻♀️ so I did shoulders and legs and 140 floors on the stair master. My shoulders were on fire today! 🔥 put some new routines in the workout and I love them. Feels good to get that extra burn! Everyone have an awesome Monday today! 💪🏽 Start your week off inspired!

At the moment I'm not doing any strength work but I am trying to maintain keep my bench as strong as I can.
Changed my technique a lot over this year and I feel I've finally got it set and comfortable.
Weekends are for working out and worship. I used to be so passionate about training and had very little connection with The Lord. Nowadays, particularly the weekends, I still love training, but I can't wait to get to church, raise my hands and scream My God's name! Today was arm day. I haven’t been feeling to good. Been laying in bed all day with a sickness. 😟 I did go to the gym for a bit though however. Workout was pretty good, could have been a little better. Didn’t do no cardio due to illness, but lifted back and biceps. Hoping tomorrow I crush my workout a little better than today. But I went, and I’m a step ahead than if I wouldn’t have went. No gym selfie or video today, but tomorrow. This girl is gonna catch up on rest. 😴

Comment with yours! •I have the meta-mucil in the morning and evening before bed, usually I get plain Physillium Husk and put it in my pre bed shake but wanted to try something else. •Probiotics in the mornings first thing and a table spoon of the very tasty Apply cider vinegar haha. •I've been putting low calorie Thriftee and water to mask the taste of the vinegar.
