Yeah I don't have veins crawling up my body rn but I now have the best physique I have had in my 20 years of living and I'm not done yet. Our #exerciseoftheday is side Tri cable pulldown. We love this exercise because of the contraction we ca get at the bottom. Remember that some exercises are movers and some are shapers. We like to use this to "shape" our triceps into the classic horseshoe!! Simply stand sideways with an underhand grip and start with your hand at chest height. Pull down ending with your wrist just past your outside leg. Hold the squeeze for at least a 1 sec count. Return slowly to the starting position.
