Cozinhe 100g de batata doce; após cozinhar, é só cortar e bater no liquidificador com 3 ovos; após bater, você terá o líquido da panqueca e é só passar na frigideira (com sal a gosto e pimenta do reino a gosto). Firstly they are a good source of vitamin C with similar amounts to those found in oranges and lemons and secondly pineapples contain an enzyme called bromelain. Bromelain helps to increase digestion and absorption of nutrients helping to improve immunity AND it's helps to reduce mucus, sooo if you do catch a cold, some pineapple might just come in handy!
5 minute post workout dinner. High protein, low calories.
Yesterday I actually managed to make a really quick dinner. I tried my new bicycle after work, and ended up breaking my personal distance record. 60 km in three hours. After working and working out/ exercising, I was dead tired, and knew I needed protein.
So I made a healthy, protein rich and calorie 'poor' salad. With Chinese cabbage, canned maize, canned mackerel in tomato sauce, roasted salted pumpkin seeds and a drizzle of sweet soy sauce. And I had a glass of ice cold low fat milk. This was way too good and healthy for just 5 minutes of preparation!
