Lisa Richter casts a long shadow at the end of a good day.
Ms. Richter is the central character in her lush, thoughtful and evocative new new book of poetry, and her probing, meandering, serpentine investigation into her personal memories, and imaginings brought to mind both an excavation and a labyrinth, a labyrinth of revelations and unravellings. "Excavation (....closer to where we began)" is a new installation in response to Lisa's writing. Visit it this Sunday, Sept 24 at Word on the Street / Sculpting New Reads, Harbourfront Centre.
There is an Author and Artist public talk at 3:45.
