Guys, if you have just started on your journey to achieve your goal, one thing that can stop you from achieving it is that fear of failure.
One thing that we need to understand is that failing is not a crime but just a step towards success. We can always learn a great deal from our failure and move on to try again keeping the past mistakes in mind, so you should not feel discouraged wtih failures rather it should encourage you to do better next time or may be put in extra effort next time.
Always remember that if you truly believe in yourself and your dreams,no failure is big enough to stop you from getting there.
Such an important aspect of spiritual living. Tuning into the mind and our gut and getting out of our own way to follow it can be so scary, but honestly listening to the signals our bodies gives us is in my opinion one of the most important aspects of really living. And the more we learn to do it, the easier it gets. 🙌
For me, right now that means changing up some of my yoga schedule. Listening to what my gut has been telling me in cancelling a couple of classes and adding in different ones in ways that work better for my schedule, etc. My mind struggles with that tho! I feel like I'm letting people down. But when it comes to it, it's what my gut has been asking and I know if i don't heed that, I'll be out of the flow and things will start to break down or it will lead to dis-ease. 😕
And already by listening to the space, I'm beginning to see why and what's opened up in its place. There's always something. Sometimes it's just a little thing and sometimes it's a monumental life change. Sometimes we listen & learn right away, and sometimes it takes a couple tries to get it right. 🙃
Now my question for you: what has your gut been trying to tell you lately? Tune in & listen up! And share in the comments so we can all inspire each other. We got this! 💪🤗 #intuition#gutinstincts#ourbodyisourtemple
“The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own. No apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on, or blame. The gift is yours – it is an amazing journey – and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.” ~ Bob Moawad"
