BOM DIAAAAAA, segundona!!!
Cheers to hitting the roads and trails while the rest of the world is asleep 😊🙌

If my face looks looks a little red and frozen in this pic...well...that’s because my face is red and frozen in this pic. I left my Vader mask at home this morning and figured I’d just suck it up and run without it. Not a big deal on the way out, but was running into a moderate wind on the way back and I’ve never missed the Dark Side more. The good news: I didn’t feel or notice the snotcicles that had formed on my face until I got back into the car. Also good news, said snotcicles are not pictured. #yourewelcome . Have a great one everyone! #nevermissamonday
Started my birthday off with 6 foggy miles. I’m loving this cold winter weather. Marathon training starts soon and I’m excited and nervous at the same time. It’s going to be a huge learning process but I think I’m ready!
Nuun has been a product I have used from the beginning and I am super stoked to say that I am now part of #teamnuun as an ambassador for 2018!! It’s been an amazing journey that started at over 300 plus pounds. Now having lost over 60 pounds I can’t imagine my life without running.
And so it begins! Week 1, Day 1 Boston Marathon training! My race goal is to have a strong and smart race. I am aiming for a solid BQ with a 10 minute buffer. I’ll be using Advanced Marathoning again, but moving the workouts around a bit to try to match up with my training partners so we can run long on Friday’s. Super excited to be a part of #boston2018 💛💙💛💙#marathontraining#advancedmarathoning

Finish Time: 1:59:50
Another fabulous pacing successfully completed for Half Marathon (21.1KM) category as 2hr Pacer at prestigious event of Vasai-Virar Mayor’s Marathon 2017. The race was started and happily crossed the finish line within time of 1:59:50. I have made my best effort to pace this race as per strategy which finished at 1st half around 57:30 & 2nd half 62:20 (Including 1minute contingency and hydration break). About 18000 runners in various category, was participated in this 7th year edition of VVMM. I am grateful to pace this fantastic event as the race was host by the First Woman Mayor herself of Vasai-Virar region. It was such a wonderful experience here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The event was very well organized and fully supported. There were strategically placed cheering zones and also school children and local resident was encouraging, which makes the best filling to runners.
The most beautiful feeling is to see smile on fellow runners at finish line who manage their time as per their desire goals.
I would like to thanks to Ajit Singh, Inderpal Khalsa for helping me to get this opportunity as Pacer. All volunteers and supporters of this event are awesome and they need a big thank you and congratulations to team VVMM for a huge success on it and also congratulations to all the finishers.
