Salt Lake City Marathon Training - W8D7 - Weekly Review
22.7 running miles and 12 biking miles! My program is still ramping up, but I feel really good with this week. I tried some new things and did a variety of training types. Looking forward to another 20 mile week next week, with a couple extra rest days.
After a long week, it's necessary for me to take a day of good old rest and recovery. -
I usually spend Sunday as a rest day, doing things with my family, worshipping God, and cooking something a bit more special than the usual weekly meals. I love wearing lounge clothes (like my lime green scrub pants) and snuggling my wife.
What do you do on your recovery days?
