A morning meditation audio to set you up to feel amazing
A completing a stress cycle ritual to use anytime to shift negativity and stuckness
A longer practice we will do online together at the start of the month- some yoga, breath work, outlining our goals for the month and Q&A with me - ask me anything about sex, love, relationships.
We will also setting a goal and an intention and you’ll get PDFs for the practices
You’ll have my support and inspiration and communication out support from the group.
