I love this season as a season of giving. My parents were givers on every level. Every year my mom had a family we gave to. Packing up the food and gifts and delivering them to families in need was always the moment during the holidays that brought me back to the reality that not everyone is as lucky as I am. One year sticks out among them all. We gave a family a mattress and bedding for the teenage daughter who we discovered slept on the floor. Take some time to be giving this holiday season.

Obstacles come when we open ourselves to being vulnerable. This MUST happen to create lasting #change . You have to get used to working in a world that says “no” when your spirit says “yes!!!”But how.... it get very hard to make changes when it feels like everything in the universe is against you. 🤔 Start with your why... Do you believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that the reason you’re choosing to do something will benefit your spirit? What is your #intent ? Like, I started walking, writing and meditating about 2 years ago. The why I had at first was because I “need” to or I “should” do these things. It never lasted that way because who’s to say I really need this or should do this?! 🧐 i was living just fine without these things before. It wasn’t until I broke down my intent that I was able to create a lasting change. I believe my being is a body, a mind, and a soul. I know that when I take care of my whole being I feel great!! 🤩 If I take care of my whole being everyday I could potentially feel great everyday!!! 😦😧🤯 That’s when I started walking everyday for my body. That’s when I started writing everyday to vent my mind. That’s why I started meditating to open my soul for change. That was the birth of my #morningroutine That is my #secret to living in a world of chaos and staying in my being. That’s is how I deal with the obstacles.
