Whip it up Wednesday!! I saw these & had to share (courtesy of Clean Food Crush). Recipe below👇 *Sweet Potato Egg Cups*

These egg cups are so darn cute! They are simple, family friendly, and seriously DELICIOUS! Make em' for your favorite people this weekend! .

Makes about 3-4 servings
Ingredients: .
2-3 small sweet potatoes
¼ cup cheddar cheese, grated
½ Tbsp garlic powder
1/2 Tbsp smoked paprika
6 large eggs
2 Tbsps chopped fresh parsley
sea salt and pepper, to taste .
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375ºF and spray, or wipe a muffin tin with coconut oil. 
Peel the sweet potatoes and use a cheese grater/mandolin to grate the potatoes.

Place the grated sweet potato, cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix until combined.

Spoon the mixture, evenly onto the bottom of a 6 muffins tin.

Gently crack a large egg on top of each cup and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake at 375ºf for 13-15 minutes or until eggs are at desired consistency. 
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley, or green onions and enjoy.

My why!!
I was always a small person between 120lb - 130lbs and very active growing up. Even after having 3 children I managed to get my weight off.
Once I hit the late 30's I noticed it creeping up on me.
It didn't help that I was addicted to sugar😣
I would wake in the middle of the night craving so it would be nothing for me to eat a bag of cookies or candy or even a couple of Ice Cream Sandwiches.
It was aweful😭  At the age of 51 it was a bad year for me. Menopause set in at the highest point.
I was cranky, Moody, hot flashes and could not sleep.
It affected my marriage😣
I spent 3 months at the IWK Kids sick Hospital with my Youngest Daughter who had delivered a baby weighing 1 lb. And he passed away at 3 months😭
It was a very emotional time.
So I tried to eat my emotions away.

I was at 180 lbs and feeling lost with no self-esteem 😭😭 This was my why to start a Healthy Journey... This has been life changing for me.
💥My marriage is back on track.
💥My Daughter is in University becoming a Nurse so her son in heaven will be proud of his moma😍
💥my body is thanking me for all the amazing Nutrition.

My weight has been maintaining at 130-133 during 2017

I am now sharing ISAGENIX as my Full Time Job💚
I'm able to pay my car payments
Take trips and attribute to the house hold bills that my Husband always paid.

Har testat nån gång tidigare med dygnsfasta innan träning och det funkar bra för mig då jag kör strikt-normal lchf och jag i stort sett alltid är i ketos. Inga problem vid en fasta med omställning från "sockerdrift" till "fettdrift" utan min kropp är redan fettdriven och kan snabbt ta från fettdepåerna för att hämta energi (och det finns "plenty more" att ta av än så länge😆). •

To all of my buddies who I used to play football with... God knows I have sustained plenty impacts to the head.  90-120+ head impacts per game... but games were easy.  Each practice yielded much more!  5 years, day in and day out. Sometimes double days, triple days, etc. 
I can still feel them. I can feel how it impacts my mental flow, memory, and though process.  If you even have a remote inkling that you have been impacted similarly consider taking care of yourself NOW. 
Suggestions:
1. Stop drowning in sugar

A confession: I'm afraid to bulk. I want to train and compete in my first fitness competition. I lift hard. I eat clean. I know I need to eat more calories than what I'm used to to really grow my muscles. The truth is, I'm afraid to bulk. I know that I am very in control of what I put into my mouth, but I used to be different. My mind can't get past too much food equaling the way I used to be. When I used to be overweight. Is this struggle just my own? Get me out of my own head! Is there anyone out there who can relate? Food is more for fuel, and less for Comfort these days. I have found many great meals that are satisfying to me and also healthy.
I am going against the grain of my own mind and eating a bit more than what I am used to with the goal of putting more muscle than what I have now. I am forcing myself into a mini bulk because of so many women I have seen who have Success With It. 
I like to look being you around, so I'm sticking with a mini bulk and only upping my calories by a couple hundred extra per day. This seems to be working. As the weather warms up here in the Pacific Northwest, my plan is to shed the weight so my muscles will pop. 
I'm ready to test not only my physical endurance, but my mental endurance too.
Let's see how this adventure goes!:)

Today's juice has extra celery for added sodium and electrolytes after yesterday's hike, which has me feeling amazing today. I have some pineapple that's still ripening, and plan on mixing up the recipes this week with different veggies. My mom said that if I continue it through the weekend that she would be starting her fasting today, so I'm definitely in it for a few more days to join her. .

It's a cold weekend so I'm just going to sit outside in the sun for a bit ☀️ Day 4 of one of the best juice cleanses I've been on. They say the first three days are the hardest, which were surprisingly a breeze. I did mostly water fasting yesterday until an evening juice, and today I woke up feeling fantastic. I don't have plans for how long I'll go, but compared to the last couple I've done, this one is a breeze. .

My concoction thus far, per juice:  one cucumber, half of a grapefruit (today was a whole 🍊), two carrots, a whole lemon 🍋, cayenne pepper 🌶️ and ginger. The citrus and cayenne are excellent for breaking up mucus in the body (fascinating topic for another day, read The Mucusless Diet), and cucumber is an excellent source of silica for healthy hair, skin, nails, and electrolytes. The cayenne and ginger are also very warming during winter cleanses, so I added a bit more today for greater resilience against the cold front that hit Thursday night and is supposed to dip into colder temps on Monday. Welcome to bipolar weather season. Standby, it'll be in the 90's shortly❄️🌬️☄️🌦️🌥️⛅🌤️🌞🌡️🔥
