Had to make them again, had basically all the ingredients on hand from the last batch so why not..keto almond joy cookies!
1 1/2 Cups Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
you want the finely shredded, not the large flakes
1/2 Cup Sliced Almonds
1 Cup Lily's Stevia Sweetened Chocolate Chips
1 Cup 3 Ingredient Low Carb Sugar Free Sweetened Condensed Milk
Preheat oven to 325.
Make Sweetened Condensed Milk and allow to cool completely.
Mix unsweetened coconut, almonds, and chocolate chips.
Add Sweetened Condensed Milk to coconut mixture and stir until combined.
Using a small cookie scoop, place "dough" in the cavities of a greased muffin tin.
With your fingers, press cookies down slightly.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until edges are turning golden brown.
Remove from oven and place the muffin tin in the freezer for 30 minutes. (The cookies are very soft when they come out of the oven. Placing them in the freezer helps them firm up so they are not crumbly.)
Makes approximately 16 cookies.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator or freezer.

Waking up on a cleanse day… My body feels so good, it feels energized it feels rested it feels like it can literally give me everything that I need it to. Eight months ago I would wake up and still feel bloated after a seven hour nights sleep… I was eating late at night… I was eating the wrong things… like a big hamster wheel. >>
So today is my second day of cleansing, burning 400% more of the unwanted visceral fat than yesterday, and I’m so thankful for the support of nutritional rebalancing that makes these last hours almost easy. Yesterday I did not have my aloe based beverage that I normally drink during cleansing because my shipment went out one day later due to MLK day. But I did it anyway. I felt a little groggy mid day because I was missing out on my normal vitamins and minerals it provides, and when I got home the fridge taunted me pretty severely, but I made it through and now I have my support that is going to help me push it through day two and feel like a unicorn the whole time! >>
I have a feeling that my gut was in a really bad place a year ago… I remember it pretty distinctly but never went to see a doctor about it. Healing your gut can lead to so many more benefits, like helping to heal your mind. curbing my cravings for sugar or salt. increasing my metabolism. I am empowering myself to changing my relationship with food and it’s entirety.
A year and a half separate these two pics. The water pic was around six months in to basic introductory calisthenics (push ups, pull ups, planks). I wasn't in terrible shape when I started, but I also wasn't in the shape I wanted to be in. My fitness and nutrition had been pretty nonexistent so I finally decided I would try a different approach. A lot has happened over the last year and a half. Now I've added much more to my workouts, my handstand has improved, I'm getting close to a front lever, I look and feel better. I also sleep better, I have more energy, everyday aches and lethargy have vanished. All because I decided to eat real food and stay consistent with physical fitness. It's been such a pure thing that has led to so many rewards. My only regret is not starting sooner..

It’s been a solid week of fasting and today I’m giving myself a break and only going to 18 hours instead of the planned 22. While I woke up 3 pounds lighter, I have terrible heartburn that won’t quit, and my body is telling me I need more electrolytes. I’ve had a cold sweat sick feeling all day, and I know I just need to listen to my body and eat today! I think I’ve been eating too little, and too quickly. Adjusting, learning, and onward we go in this new lifestyle! .

Baked over easy eggs in avocado. Don’t get any easier or quick, then to have this perfect Keto meal/snack.. 1. Cut avocado in half
2.drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and whatever else you like
3. Crack egg inside, season egg as well.
4. Broil on high until done to your liking
TIP-use large eggs not xl eggs or it will run over. Not a big deal..
Tip-use some aluminum foil to mold avocado to stand up strait, so it’s not tipping over in oven.
Down another two pounds this morning and feeling more like myself than I have in a long time. It’s true that I’ve seen more inches than pounds lost, but isn’t more inches what we want anyways?!
These pants are a size 12, and they are fitting a little looser than when I bought them before Christmas. After Christmas they wouldn’t button at all — so clearly I’ve gotten somewhere already.
I’m ready to kick today’s ass with a 23:1 clean fast, and hopefully get to make something really delicious for dinner.
My sons OT is stressing that we need to eat as a family every night, so that makes my window (5-6pm) even more workable for our families schedule! .
Good monday morning. Bismillah having my first meal this morning. How many here do meal prep? 🙋♀️ I do! And it save time, fast and easy meals so i dont feel like keto way of like hard. I meal prep basic turmeric caulirice twice a week and add protein (egg, meat or seafood) or vegetables eg. asparagus, bak choy, broccoli or even nuts to it in a pan as caulirice. Today i add chopped asparagus with side of egg, spicy mince meat with cheeze (mozerella) and cucumber.
