PRE-WORKOUT GUMMY BEARS! (Recipe below)
First off if you've ever seen 'cloudy with a chance of meatballs' you'll totally get Steve the monkeys obsession with gummy bears after you've made a fat batch of these angry little nuggets. I even went to the trouble of making a fun logo. Try making your own and tag me in 👍
A couple of silicone molds of whatever shape you want.
75ml hot water (NOT boiling)
24g gelatine powder (2 sachets)
1-2 servings of @time4nutrition pre workout (15g per serving) depending on how strong you want them.
Natural food colouring of choice (optional but very cool).
First off, mix the Pre workout and colouring (If using) with the water.
Then add the gelatine and mix fairly quickly until it's dissolved. Now you have to work like a demon and get the mix into the molds. A pipette or dropper is very handy for this. Once they're in the molds, leave for at least 30 minutes but I'd suggest a decent hour, before popping out and storing in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
Much on a handful for an extra power boost or just grab a few for a pick me up and sweet craving fix.
