This session very nearly didn’t happen. I went from bed bound at 10am due to having a random IBS flare up, to feeling better by around 1pm. Knowing I had to be back by 3pm for school pick I got out and got it done. 👊🏻
I’m glad I did too because it turned out to be a good session. .
5 x 6 mins @ tempo (2 mins walk recovery). I started off averaging 5:05 pace and ended at around 5:00 pace.

Low Impact Interval Training:
10 pistol squats each leg
15 TRX rows
10 lunges each leg
15 Spider-Man push-ups
Rest only to set up next exercise, then 2 min between rounds

Exercising can be so simple... a quick 20-30min workout can be enough in a day! Today I fit in some Tabata training - 20sec ON 10 sec OFF - six rounds (about 20 minutes)! You can do this anywhere all you need is a Interval Timer and heaps energy 😝💦💪🏻

Alright you guys. Here it is. My Tabata workout from yesterday. As a recap, it is 7 exercises. Do each one for 8 rounds of 20 seconds ALL OUT followed by 10 seconds rest. So each exercise takes 4 minutes. Once you finish one exercise, you move onto another. Order does not matter.
Tag your #girlsquad to challenge them to this workout. It is killer, but short. #lookonthebrightside
p.s. If you don't have Val Slides, use some clothes or socks on hard floors or paper plates on carpet.
p.p.s. I am using the @perform_better mini band. If you don't own one of these bad boys, I highly recommend getting one. It will do wonders for the 🍑.
