Pretty proud of this one. The interval training for the past few weeks has really helped. I didn’t think I’d be able to get back to where I was last November anytime soon. This run was only +0:24 behind my 5k PR. Hooooray! Now I’ll quit again. 👊🏽✌🏽

2️⃣ 30 seconds of med. ball lift
3️⃣ 30 seconds burpee ropes (don’t die)

Just five increments away from maxing the resistance! I always do interval btw, thats more effective, so this the upper end. 4+10 is the lower end. Once I've maxed the resistance I'll start bumping up the incline. I always move the lower end up when I move the higher so its a 5 point difference.
