Now in bloom: lilac! 'Tis the flower season to this radiant purple beaut. The scientific name of Lilac is Syringa Vulgaris and originates back to Southeastern Europe. Lilac also has a history going back to Greek mythology involving a shy love between the god of forest and fields, Pan, and a nymph named Syringa. 💜•• #historyoflilac#michaeldaigiandesign#inthestudio

Special huge thanks ❤️💕💜🌺to @soul.sisterss for yet another beautiful shell bracelet that I've recently added to my collection. Helps me keep the Aloha in my heart while I'm painting. ☺️❤️
So a friend stopped by to visit and brought "Tacos" earlier in the week when I wasn't at the studio . They've been in the refrigerator for almost a week . Glad I opened the package before tossing out the old "tacos"
Thanks for this amazing addition to the studio Sara , It's truly tasty !!! #tasty#mademyday#painting#gifted#studio
A portrait of Jack and Lib. Their mom gave me the reins to paint from one of her favorite photos, and I'm pumped with how it turned out. The loose style of this palette knife painting is a fun contrast from my detailed charcoal portraits. I feel like I should nail down a particular style / medium of art, but right now I'm loving playing with them all. Help me out - which type of art would you like to see more of?!
another peek from the new forest rain paintings. this one, Trillium Twilight, framed up for an excited client. craving summer days with Mt. Hood hovering. soon, soon. with or without the rain.
