I've been craving choc chip cookies lately so today I took a break and baked some with @iquitsugar recipe. It would've been easier and quicker to pop down to Coles and get some but theirs have sooo much sugar 🙄 and I had everything here to make them and needed a study break. Okay so I wasn’t sure about this one but when I looked at my favourite treats of 2017 I noticed I’m really into strawberry hahhaa 🍓. So thought why not try something different! I didn’t mind this one but the salted caramel flavour definitely wins in these little puds. It was quite yummy but the consistency was a little weird and I found the flavour a little hmmm not quite right? It’s like yogurt but more gooey. Give it a go and tell me your thoughts!

I guess it really doesn’t come as a surprise to you all that I just love Blue Curaçao! It looks fabulous and I just 💙 how it pairs with tequila! I have mixed up a very simple cocktail that makes me just want to dive right into the ocean! .
Recipe:
30mls @patron Silver
30mls Blue Curaçao 
50mls freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
15mls Aquafaba

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for around one minute. Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass and garnish with blue flowers. 💙

*** Day 3/30 *** it’s 11.15pm on Day 3 and no pics taken today 🙈I was so happy this morning to wake up without back pain and without what I didn’t realise I had as it was the everyday norm - a type of tension headache & grogginess. 🤯 Felt great! 🙌 Had my Liver & Kidney cleansing tea, some AM energy with my fizz stick, had my protein. & greens balance shakes.  The only neggy thing about today was a sugar craving around a manic what would be ‘tea time’ except we were at swimming lessons. Look, I know sprouts are not decadent or particularly pretty- and they are as hippie as a food can be- but I’d like to share what I consider to be one of the singe best nutritional powerhouses you can incorporate into your diet.
