What a day yesterday @thecreatoragency! So good to listen to the likes of @roblipsett / @skinnygaz / @rozannapurcell / @shredbundy / @mjdelaney7 and @coachowenroddy! Met a few new peeps and meet up with a few old folk that I haven’t seen in a while! Overall great day of learning and fun! 🙌🏻 feet up for the night with some work! Life’s good!

I haven't had a night out in like... a minute. Lately I've been prioritising early mornings and skipping the late nights, but last night was fun with a capital fuh. And it's totally possible to indulge a bit without going completely off track and ruining your hard work. .
My strategy yesterday was simple. Early morning gym session as usual, but I really squeezed everything I had to give. I didn't hold back. I followed that with 20 mins LISS on the treadmill so my steps were high for the day. I kept my meals small, high protein and low fat / carbs. I also went for a walk at lunch so my step goal was toast before 1pm. Come the evening I had a meal with drinks early on and drank water as I went. I skipped the filthy kebab at the end of it all ... Plus...it helps that I am a cheap date so I can't put away the same amount of booze that I once could. 🤣🍷
So this morning I am hangover and guilt-free. Not to mention filled with belly laughs from hanging out with a couple of OK guys, Anto and Ivor... they're the most ok people I know...@a_nee_ya @flemingian .
Week of training finished! Very busy week with training, clients and getting this bootcamp up and running (can’t wait)! -Time to relax and get ready for tomorrow for the lipsett Meet up in Dublin! Ok no I don't have sliders, I don't have leg bands. Am I going to use that as an excuse to not do this workout?! Frack no! I'm going to use that to fuel myself and find a way to do the moves as close as possible without the equipment I don't have!
STOP 🛑 the excuses. Because waiting until 2018 to start is just you pushing away the work that it takes to get the goals you want so bad! Because anything worth gaining takes work!
