Well folks, I’ve been thinking about taking the personal training up a notch.. What I mean by that is, I’m thinking of doing a photo shoot/ Video-shoot with a few clients. Don’t give up if the scale hasn’t budged in a week or training hasn’t gone to plan.
If you reach your goal weight, WELL DONE but don’t stop training. Training should be there to compliment your life and to make you look, move and feel better.

It was a simple goal just to go through the 3 way in out abs without stopping! I went into this with that in my mind. Just get through in out abs in out abs.
You know when you dread a workout on the calendar? And it's normally not the whole workout that you dread but one or two parts that make you cringe at the thought of doing that workout. Well for me in out abs is it. I use power stands so that I am raised up from the ground because being too close hurts my arm. Now there are 3 rounds of IOA in this workout 1 minute each. I smashed the 1st one, even upon discovering that my 5 lb dumbles were a bit too low to the ground to keep on going. I then moved onto the power stands for the second round. The third round is what got me. I had to stop like 4 times on that one. But you know what? When that I heard that last 10-second countdown... Damn it if I didn't go all in and smash the end! Having to take a break of pause in one thing. Quitting and giving up is a complete another. Hell if I will ever give up on myself again just like I will never give up on you! You should see for yourself! Come on and send me a message!

I had so much fun this morning doing my workout! 💖😍 Love that I can workout at home and have my mini me join in! Much better than plopping her at a gym daycare, AND she's learning that health and fitness are important and that working out is fun! 💖

When some start on a fitness regime, they get so fixated on losing weight often neglecting their own health.
Primarily people will focus so much of their attention on weight loss and forgot about all the other positive indicators that are happening, such as how good they feel on a daily basis, how much more energy they have and how healthy they are eating.
Not saying that if weight loss is your goal not to focus on it BUT look at the other positive things that are happening at the same time. You might often brush over these things.
Weight loss will come eventually if you take a step back and realise that you are getting healthier, fitter, stronger and are in a better place that you are training.
So try look at the overall picture when on your fitness journey. #motivation#ckfitnesstips
