Elbows getting beat up from benching or low bar squats?
Heres some exercises to unload the muscles around that joint. When these get tight it can leave the elbow locked up and painful.

2️⃣Peanut Tricep Release
3️⃣Peanut Forearm Release
Give these a try and get those arms back to full firing and cranking out some bench pr's.
FIRST VIDEO: 3x5 60kg (initially the plan was 5x5 but i wasn’t feeling that strong this morning lol 😂 i needed a spot on the last rep too my body just cramped up 😭)

Umang contacted me a few weeks ago. His sister was getting married and he wanted to get in shape.

Still doing rack pulls on rack pulls after my little injury but plan on starting actual deadlifts again next weekend. It's all in the glutes! 495x8
Lateral StepUp Jumps are great to implement in your lowerbody power workouts. It is essential for athletes to display power outside the sagittal plane, performing this plyometric exercises does that without putting too much stress on the knee. Have the athlete land as soft as possible. Use your quads and glutes to absorb the impact and make sure you are pushing only with the leg on the box! ✖️LAP ATHLETE✖️
Had a fun time yesterday even though I was puking my guts out all day long from food poisoning 🤢 No PRs were set but at least now I know what I'm capable of even on my worst day. Also learned to not eat left over Moe's that had probably been sitting out the entire day before.

Last nights benching. Worked up to 260!for a triple with backdown sets at 230x3 and 200x6. Nothing in my programming says to pause the rep or put my feet up but 14 or 13 weeks out from my next comp and I wanna have fun! Coached by @worldbreakersavage #howmuchyabench#shennigans
