A glimpse of my show weekend... Some favorites from Saturday. This show didn't go as well as last month because we didn't bring home any hardware. Started getting really sick and feeling terrible Thursday night which did not help my show prep. We brought a better package this competition and I'm very happy on my progress.

Yesterday, I just got caught up in cleaning my house and date night that I completely forgot about the outside world. Oops. 😳
And today, I have spent my entire day with my Houston fit friends, inspiring each other, sharing tips and successes, and working out with THE super trainer, Chris Downing. (More pics to come. 😉)

Quite chuffed with my first attempt at Lucy Whigham's peanut butter swirl brownies. Today is day 7 of my low fodmap plan as part of the elimination phase and it's been pretty challenging to say the least. Hoping next week is a good one with positive results 💪🏻
