2017 was an amazing year year. I could never could predict that in one year I will race 12 races that would include a full and a half Ironman, 2 marathons, 2 half marathons, triathlons and stairclimbing races. My journey started 10 years ago at the age of 30. I went back to school to get my MBA, running has been come a way to stay in shape and release stress while I was a full time student and I had a 8 year old to care about. It was not easy, but we know if there is a will there is a way. I started with one mile ( I wondered why people run, I was so hard), it took 4 years for daily exercise to become a habit and it morphed into a lifestyle. ------
This year was one of the best in many ways. I set the goals, I trained hard, I raced all races that I set to race and I finished them all and most importantly I came out injury free! Stay tuned, there is much more to come! Run happy and be healthy!
