I wanted to elaborate a little more on my Instagram story. ITS OK TO HAVE A BAD MONDAY. Your weekend wasn’t relaxing, didn’t get a lot of sleep, you have a big project due or a long day ahead of you. I get them all the time! What I am more so talking about is the long term negative mental health problems that can occur when you constantly think the same patterned thoughts over and over again. I’m talking about even when your Monday or whatever day is pretty normal we still have been kind of socially “programmed” (in a way) to regularly kinda sigh when Monday comes around. Never complaining is unrealistic. Complaining once in a while is FINE! ❤️ we need to get feelings out and vent.
