#physiqueupdate : raw, unedited, progress pic that I sent to my coach last week. I usually don't post these because I kinda feel awkward posting them or maybe I'm just awkward🤔anyone else feel this way?🙋🏻But I know you all really appreciate my honesty. SO, this is 3 months post show and 5lbs above stage weight. I'm roughly 120 in this pic (I started competing at 100lbs) & will prob step on stage around this same weight next time. This isn't about "staying lean", this was about reversing properly, getting 8 hrs of sleep a night, training consistently, and STICKING to my macros. My caloric intake right now is higher then it's ever been. BUT, it has taken a full year to get my metabolism to this safe place with my coach. This is a life style. I have enjoyed learning "portion control" with macros. I eat Pie Five on my high days, enjoy froyo, and allow myself to fit in fun foods WITH MODERATION. I don't eat 6 donuts in one sitting. I can fit one into my macros but have the discipline to say no to more. I can enjoy going out with my family & not feel "guilty" like before. There's no magic diet or food that will make you lose weight. It's a lifestyle, it's consistency, and for me it's the biggest mental relief with macros. I still have a long ways to go to continue putting muscle on this little frame, but it's the journey that has been the most rewarding and helping others along the way with my struggles. I've had so many macro gurus influence me and I hope I can make the same impact on someone they way they've impacted me!

The past 2 days in #London with this group of young people, entrepreneurs and activists have been amazing! Ich hoffe ich kann euch immer ein wenig Motivation mitgeben... damit angefangen hab ich nachdem ich ein Video von @tavicastro & @bodyengineersofficial gesehen hab... was mich so motiviert hat... auch ein wenig Motivation zu teilen...sicher muss ich mich darin noch ein wenig üben...aber ich geb mein bestes also haut ordentlich rein 💪💪💪 alles für die Gainz...
Wednesday! When ur Gymbro is back from holiday... gymsession about 2 hours... damn... 😂today: back/biceps... really good to be back in the lab with my bro @nglwbr... tomorrow we will go on! I hope I can share some of my motivation with u... I just started with that since I watched a video of @tavicastro & bodyengineersofficial which motivated me so much..
