Yes, this caption is cheesy... but I’m feeling so lucky at the moment to be surrounded by people who like to live life to the fullest. Sometimes it can be hard to find people who want to do things with their days - long walks, explore a new beach, snorkel, or sillily attempt acro yoga on the beach... rather than just always catch up for coffee or a movie (though don’t get me wrong, there is always time for coffee 😂). As life gets busier though, I’m realising how important it is to stop thinking and just do... you don’t look back at the weekend, month or year past and remember TV or every brunch (unless it was absolutely amazing 😜). What your favourite catch-up activity that gets you living?
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that a positive mindset can go a long way. I used to doubt myself, doubt anything I would do before actually giving myself the chance to do it. In reality I was setting myself up for failure before allowing, or giving myself the opportunity to do it. Don’t be that version of yourself! YOU can do better! Don’t let words like I CANT, IM UNABLE, or ITS IMPOSSIBLE, dictate your life. See the challenge, accept the challenge, destroy the challenge. We are all capable of the IMPOSSIBLE, it’s not that we can’t do it, it’s because we choose not to! GET UP and start telling yourself you CAN!!! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽 #positivemindset#all2018#ICAN#IWILL#ITSPOSSIBLE#motivate#inspire#conquer
sundays mean rest days😴
rest days give our muscles a chance to recover from all the work from the week & are very important for you! I started my rest day routine last night with an epsom salt bath & lathered myself in bath & body works comfort lotion from their aromatherapy collection. This morning I went for a short walk and did some foam rolling. Now I’m going to relax for a bit before I clean the apartment & prep for the week!
