I try to make every recipe as fresh as possible... Meaning housemade sauces and breads. I prefer food in it's more authentic form, where the main item doesn't lose it's flavour. I stay away from most pre-prepared dried seasonings. Life is just better that way..when you learn to appreciate everything, it just tastes and feels better. And that sits well with me.
