Hitachino Red Rice Ale. Its red! Nice and refreshing but a little too 'thin' for me. Kinda sourish, has abit of that sake flavour.. maybe. No foamy head 😓.Interesting but summimasen.. not for me. Dont use rice for beer I guess. 6.8/10🍻. #Hitachino#beer#japanesebeer#craftbeer#Hitachinonest#brew
COEDO Ruri, a pilsner ABV. 5% (barley, hops)
Colour: light yellow, straw.
Smell: citrusy, slightly sour, malty. In can: very citrusy.
Palate: starts soft and slightly citrusy. Malty but not heavy. Aftertaste leaves abruptly, then slowly asserts its slight bitterness at life further down the tongue to the bitter receptors - almost like an argument that stopped and then the slothful assailant comes back to continue it.
But fighting aside, it's quite a pleasant pilsner though it has never scored well on beer forums. I actually quite like it. For a pilsner, it's not heavy and *could* be lumped with some better lagers. It does have a nice bitter aftertaste, and the hops are subdued and the citrus argument is stifled.
Price: anywhere from ¥280 ~ ¥380 and up. Found at better supermarkets and liquor shops. .
COEDO is a prolific craft beer brewery. They have a varying range of beers but can be a wee bit pricey. Check them out if you can 😊
Yay~~🍻 I need to try all of them🤩
KIRIN is one of the most popular beer brand in Japan. They are selling limited version now.
KIRIN has 9 beer factories in different locations (Fukuoka, Okayama, Kobe, Shiga, Nagoya, Yokohama, Toride, Sendai, Hokkaido) and each factory sells unique beer!
Personally, I’m interested in the taste of Fukuoka (my city) beer. How about you👀? Or what is your favourite beer👀? #japanesebeer#beerlover

Creamy deliciousness! Whoah the caramel and fruity combo is on point. Followed by a malty/biscuity transition to an ever so slightly sweet bitter finish. Such a great wave of smooth IPA flavors from this one! Arigatou gozaimasu ✌🏽
