The 🔑 to using miso is you don't want to mix it in boiling water, because it will kill off the good bacteria which is no bueno.
Also, the pickled cucumbers are high in probiotics, as they are buried in a mixture of rice bran and salt in a vat for a few days, which induces the fermentation process. Mmmm so 美味しい (oishii= tasty)👅🇯🇵
