This may not have been in the Y E G but this classic, vanilla scented crème brûlée was as delicious as ever. Topped off with fruit and speculoos biscuits, it made my taste buds tingle and I devoured it quite quickly. Even my “I don’t eat sweets” husband was a huge fan. Great dessert!
Everyday is a good day when you wake up in the mountains, but how can you go wrong when you can go from bed to blades before even thinking about breakfast. Still sorting out how to operate a gimbal (while skating AND wearing mittens) but I give myself 5 points for a) bringing a camera with a full charge and b) not chipping any teeth in the production of this little number.
