Long injury list ...still putting together solid blocks of training tailored to his needs, history of training, injury, competition schedule, and busy work diary.
All the work above is tailored to regaining full function around a hip injured in a car crash a year ago, and is working extremely well. Basic compound movements and targeted isolation correctives followed by 10 minutes of anaerobic power intervals to help develop the energy systems required to deal with racing at high speeds for long periods!
