This is why we train legs!! So you can escape with your attacker on your back if necessary. We had a lot of fun yesterday. 4 hours of training straight on the mats of which two hours with @henkheneweerbjj. We don't need cardio like @markschadenberg is always telling us😅. My home gym. I've been adding to this for a number of years but most of it has been acquired over the last few. While what I have cannot replace certain things an actual gym provides these tools give me everything i need to stay in shape. The bag is great for solo jiu jitsu drills, the mace and indian clubs for mobility and durability and kettlebells and dumbells for everything in between. (Not pictured: yoga mats, blocks and foam rollers) Now the gym is never farther than a few steps away. Your ability to make excuses for not exercising basically dissapear. If you have just a little space you can grab a few weights/kettlebells/etc and break a killer sweat.
