So New Year's resolutions include keeping my endurance and doing handstands so I'm going to attempt to run for the next 30 days at least a mile a day. And also work on wall walkups any hand stand tips are appreciated.
I don’t know about you, but I used to avoid looking in the mirror as if it would give me the plague. Now I catch myself checking myself out all the time 🤦🏻♀️ And no it’s not because I’m full of myself, it’s because I can’t believe what I’m seeing. When I look in the mirror I’m in shock at how far I’ve come. I am proud of what I see. I am not at my goal yet but at the same time I AM at my goal. Why? Well because my goal is to be the healthiest version of myself and guess what?! I am the healthiest I have ever been. I am more healthy, more active, and more happy then ever. Don’t let a number define you. Be the happiest healthiest version of you! #happyhealthyme
I actually went to my parents’ house tonight and used their #treadmill and #elliptical ! It was the first time in forever that I’ve done either, and the first time I even attempted to #jog since this past summer. It wasn’t pretty, fast or even very much at all, but it felt good to #sweat and to get a little #metime which I feel like I really don’t get very often, and when I do, I usually spend it cleaning my house. I’m going to try to do it twice a week, for 45 minutes each time 😬👍🏻 #c25k#illbesoretomorrow
