I’ve been bulking for 3 weeks now (1 lb up) and am feeling ALOT better than last year. What am I doing differently? CARDIO 🏃! Now that I’ve been doing it, it seems so obvious but its crazy to think that I ever bulked without cardio before. Aside from the obvious benefit of helping you stay lean, doing cardio on the bulk helps to keep your cardiovascular health in check and is a natural way to boost your energy! I cannot even count the number of times I’ve felt absolutely dead ☠️, forced myself to do cardio, and felt SO much better afterwards 😊! If you aren’t doing cardio as a part of your split, I suggest you try it for a month because it could be exactly what you need! 💪 For cardio ideas, feel free to DM me!
