"Let your body lead and your mind learn" I think that when I heard that quote I didn't understand in that moment what does it means.
For me listen to my body is the way that I connect to myself and realize if I need to slow down or move my body in urgency. It's not my head, it's my energy. It's also listen to how I am feeling, and our body connects also with our natural states.
