My boy DJ Hatcha touching down in LA tonight playing a rare DnB set. This is the man the legend that bought the world DubStep! And mixed the worlds first ever No1 DubStep album... of course PURE DUBSTEP!
Ook! It's finally out today.
Spent a small fortune keepin' up with Kid Libs sick run of 12"s in the past two years, so im pretty chuffed we put out a record by him. It's tip top!

Wilkinson x Dimension - Rush
Fresh from delivering his Top 20 album ‘Hypnotic’ in the spring and a gruelling summer of Live shows and DJ sets across the festival circuit and Ibiza, Drum and Bass heavyweight Wilkinson teams up with one of most hotly tipped producers on the circuit, Dimension - the duo combine for this classy club roller with epic wide sonics.
There’s history between these two. It was Wilkinson who first discovered Dimension back in 2013, before Dimension went on to sign for Chase & Status’s MTA imprint. Off the back of three Hottest Record’s In The World on BBC Radio 1, Dimension recently released his latest single ‘Black Church’ which featured in both the Radio 1 Dance and Specialist charts.
Now, the old friends re-unite for this exciting collaboration which is already a firm favourite in the boxes of the scenes leading tastemakers.
Calyx & TeeBee - Immortal
Providing an opening show for the world’s biggest drum & bass festival is no small feat. For a second year running, the Ram Records roster were given the chance to recreate Let it Roll’s dystopian feel through their sounds, with Calyx & Teebee taking on this huge task for 2017. Following anther seminal year for the festival, the imprint is releasing Calyx & Teebee’s opening ceremony in four parts; a carefully diced up package which will instantly transport you back to a defining part of Let it Roll’s history. Whether it’s the old-school sonics which first made Calyx & Teebee infamous, or their more contemporary bass-heavy switches seen throughout this year’s releases, each record demonstrates why the duo were brought on board to provide such an integral part of drum & basses largest event. ‘Immortal’ is the first statement of Calyx & Teebee’s successive career; its epic orchestral intro and layers of uplifting synth lull you into a false sense of security, highlighting the outfit’s deep trenches of musicality. The record then begins to roll out with manic drum beats and robotic vocal samples, dropping into an archaic drum & bass anthem which oozes with classic appeal. ‘Immortal’ then breaks midway, moving forward on stabbed note arpeggios and more subdued punches of bass. However once more you’re thrown through its motions, winding through a second breakdown which reiterates the track’s heavier elements.
Together Calyx & Teebee have brought drum & bass from the underground into a more renowned spotlight, whilst never losing the touches which made their sets so notoriously dangerous. And what better way to celebrate Ram Records’ twenty five year anniversary than securing another opening ceremony slot for longstanding members within their army of talent.
Inja x Pete Cannon - No Regrets
Everyone’s favourite MC and newest Hospital signing Inja has teamed up with fellow hip-hop extraordinaire Pete Cannon to create a molten hot fusion of slick lyricism and infectiously energetic jungle in his new single ‘No Regrets’, that was given an exclusive first play by BBC Radio 1Xtra’s DJ Target.
Having taken the scene by storm this year with seminal tracks ‘Blow Them Away’ and ‘Flashlight’, Inja is regularly the certified mic controller of choice for A-list DJs such as Zed Bias, Randall, Holy Goof, Diemantle, Sigma, and S.P.Y. His quality matched only by his versatility, spitting on hip hop, 140, jungle and D+B.
Pete Cannon is perhaps the most prolific hip-hop producer on the UK circuit. Venturing away from his funky and up front boom bap beats, he’s favouring all things jungle recently, and much like his partner in crime Inja, his prowess and skill is kindred to his adaptability.
There is undoubtedly no hotter lyrical prospect in D+B right now than Inja. A man raised on hip-hop turned champion of the full spectrum of bass music, it’s with great joy that we officially welcome Inja to the Hospital family!
Released November 17, 2017 on Hospital Records
