Next week, our friend @ashley.beaudin is hosting #theimperfectboss campaign where hundreds of women will crash social media with confessions of why they're awesome. So many women can name all the ways they're imperfect so easily, but struggle to say what they're good at with confidence. Join us in an epic celebration of women next week as we see the good in us and the good in one another. You are invited. See you there! www.bit.ly/imperfectboss #theimperfectboss

Today, I took this photo of myself. I hate selfies, by the way. Do you know what I saw first as I took the picture? Gray hair. And not just a little of it, anymore. It got me thinking.
I remember 10-12 years ago having a co-worker reach over and pull a gray hair from my head. In those years right after college, when I thought I was wise, but really, I had no clue about life, yet.
The years have passed, through relationships. Through friendships. Through motherhood. Obviously, I'm still graying. I'm older, wiser even, you could say.
These gray hairs don't define me. They are a part of me, that is true. But they shouldn't be the first thing I see in myself.
Perks are amazing but putting a smile on people's faces are truly why I love what I do. KEEP is such a loving, support system. Everyone is so nice to one another and want the best for each of us! Ask me how to join the KEEP family!
Wearing my KEEP Collective and Stella and Dot pieces in support of Autism Awareness today!! Both companies are donating the net proceeds from specific jewelry to the HollyRod Foundation this month. This foundation is dedicated to providing compassionate care to those living with autism.
Tonight my sweet friend Sonja is hosting a KEEP Collective fundraiser. I'll be donating my commission from all sales to the HollyRod Foundation. You can buy gifts for Mother's Day or Teacher's Appreciation while helping make a difference in someone's life!! Let me know if you want an invite! The session will be open for two weeks.
