I have quite a few new friends joining me in my journey so just a quick intro and then I'd love to hear from you all! My name is Alicia. I turned to keto April '17 to get the weight off before my 40th bday last month. I lost 30 lbs and couldn't have been happier on my big bday! I live in S. Carolina, work in Special Ed. and am the mom to 2 boys, 15 and 12. In the last 9 months, keto quickly went from a new diet to try to a way of life that I love. So many people look at keto and only see the restrictions and I've been hooked from the beginning on all the freedom I've had eating this way! No more feeling hungry, no more struggles with energy levels and bloating. It's been a game changer!

Day 3 #keto Breakfast was an egg mash up with sausage mushroom spinach garlic and cheese. Lunch was leftover cauli ‘Mac and cheese’ and some ham and cheese boats with a pickle! Dinner was Zuppa Toscana! It was delicious! Stuffed peppers for dinner tonight!! We were both starving and I kinda rushed the process... pepper didn't cook quite long enough to get rid of the crunch, but oh well! Still yummy 😊😊
Woke up wanting breakfast after losing a weeks worth of food in the middle of the night 🤢🤢🤢 (TMI?) On a + note, this is the first time I've been sick since going full keto over a year ago!! I think it was a bad oyster!
