My life in pictures. 😌
My legacy for those who are trying. 🙃
My message for those who are struggling. 🤔
My weightloss results after are extra ordinary due to years of Obesity with a High Fat Diet ▫️Fast Food▫️Take Out▫️ Sugar ▫️ Carbohydrates ▫️Smoking 2+ packs of cigarettes▫️High Blood Pressure▫️Sleep Apena▫️the list goes on. I'm truly blessed to be alive today, breathing, walking, writing this story.
My name is Zach Moore. Without knowing my story no one would have guessed that I used to be a 500 pound human. Yes, you read that correctly. That was three years ago. The left side of this photo is the result of 2 long years of weightloss after Gastric Bypass Surgery. I had 5 skin surgeries at once in July 2016. Skin surgery was never on my mind starting my journey out. Health was and still is. This journey is not about "getting skinny", "who weights the least", "how low can you go", but at times it FEELS THAT WAY and I know that there are others who can relate. I fell into that stage at a point where I challenged myself to get to a weight before a date. Challenge yourself to be a better you! You empower you, you drive you, you can change, redirect and outlive a new path in life, TRUST ME ITS NEVER TOO LATE!
10 months after skin surgery, 10 surgeries later, 10 pounds of skin, 3,000+ Stitches, 2 Hernias, Mastopexy w / Areola Reconstruction, 2 Butt Cheeks Lifted, FDL 360° Tummy Tuck, Belly Button Revision, Left Knee MPFL w/Allograph, Broken Fractured Right Foot... not what I ever expected of my weightloss story, but it's MY Story. I'm strong today because of what I have been through. I continue to grow each day, healthier, wiser and stronger than before. My dreams are starting to brighten & one day I will accomplish one of my goal of finishing my legs. You can see the pounds of excess skin that I'm sure will be made fun of by trolls 🖕🏻 FU ahead of time).

Today I celebrated the life of a childhood friend. Fifty-three years seems to short. 😓When you live your life intentionally and in service to the Lord, 53 years can be a significant and impactful life. And your living is not in vain. 👉🏾Live well "Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain." 1 Cor. 15:58
Never underestimate the power that lies within you! Each and every one of us has a special gift we were meant to share with the world. Once you find that, your one idea, one purpose will create a tremendous impact on the world and the lives of others. This giant sequoia grew from a seed so tiny that it takes 90,000 of them to equal one pound of seeds. No one is too small to change the world.
We live in a world that’s fast paced. So much knowledge out there and we can only obtain a fraction of it.
In order to find things that most people over look, you must look at the things that don’t make sense. These things that don’t make sense are the hidden factors. They are mostly unaccounted for in the vast majority of society. You can objectively look at nonsensical happenings and dig into the reason why it would make sense.
Think about that question for a minute. You may find an intriguing revelation. Things may begin to make sense where others may only wonder.
It's only complicated because we make it complicated. I remember sitting with my ex 20 years ago when we first met and we were talking about what happens when people make a life together, have children, and then what if it doesn't work? I said that I think it's important to remember that sometimes relationships don't work out the way we dreamed and that that's okay. Why do people put so much emphasis on the "failure" of a relationship. Why is it a failure? You lived a life, you did it. And then it ended. It doesn't mean your life is over. It means that your path needs to continue on, without that person. And that's okay. With some perspective, that's still exciting. Mourn the loss, cry. Then cry some more. And then see the gift because that's what it is. So what are you going to do with it?*
When I left my marriage 19 months ago, I had no idea what the world looked like with me in it, without him. But I knew that whatever was waiting for me was better than being in that relationship one minute longer. I was dying, slowly, suffocating every single day. It needed to stop. I took the leap.*
And then after 17 months, I decided to create this free online workshop for women like us who need to know what's coming, who need some navigation into what it's like to rebuild a life after divorce. It doesn't need to be complicated. WE make it complicated. I've made this as uncomplicated as I possibly could.*
👉🏼👉🏼Register here for this free online training: tanyadube.com. It's for you and it's free. It's a recreation of the past 19 months of my life and you don't want to miss it.*
See you there! xo
Heading out on a road trip for a family reunion. Not everyone could make it but whoever does make it will be a good time of connecting and catching up. Go connect and catch up with someone this weekend. Family or friends, either way, when we connect and share life together it’s always a good thing. #family#reallife#connect
Try one more time... never give up on your dreams. Keep on keeping on... just focus on this next step and this day - one step at a time and one day at a time. We all fall down and it’s okay to rest for a while, gather your thoughts and then decide your next step. Then get up again and take it. It’s not easy, and it’s not supposed to be - but it’s definitely worth it! Pride and confidence are developed when we decide to get up after we’ve fallen again... you’re going to fail in this life. Make sure you fail forwards. Eventually you’ll succeed and one day you’ll realise - ‘I’m living my dream!’ Thanks for posting @jorgecoutinho13 #keeponkeepingon#rise#failforward#getup#keepmovingforward#onestepcloser#onestepatatime#onedayatatime#allanspeaks#edison#success#quotes
