More snow in southern Maine, but we’re not complaining! It’s lovely and sounds like it might be warmer this weekend. So, Mother Nature, bring it on! We’ve got plenty of red barns and candles. Thanks for sharing this 📸 @atylerphotos!

Out for my @mollymarkmags birthday today! This is what a January baby gets to enjoy for his birthday. Some people find it hard to find happiness or pleasure in the winter, but how can deny that this darkness of the sea isn’t mystical and beautiful? #nofilter#maine#coast#nature#ocean#capeporpoise#kennebunkport
My birthday was this past Friday, January 12th. I love my birthday. I love that it falls so close after the new year, it's like I get two New Year's, one for the beginning of the new year, and one as I celebrate a new year of my life.
We went to one of our most favorite places on the planet, Kennebunkport, Maine where we used to live and it was
A-MAINE-Zing. I am super happy I got to celebrate my last birthday in my 30's with my favorite person on the planet, @hillbillyyachtsman We had our favorite New England meal: lobster rolls and clam chowder (or, as the locals say, lobstah rolls and clam chowdah). We stayed in our special room at the Kings Port Inn (fitting, since @hillbillyyachtsman is from Kingsport, TN) and played Rummy, although I was beaten terribly. Still, it was a blast! We closed down our favorite bar where they still know us by our name and drink orders.
I'm thankful for another year of life and for all of my family and friends, and especially @hillbillyyachtsman for being on this journey with me. You all make birthdays and life that much sweeter! 🎂🥂🍰🎈 #itsmybirthday#Kennebunkport#ilovemaine#youcantspellmainewithoutme#20 -GR8-teen
Today we’ve reflected on the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. His words are forever meaningful and powerful: “Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.” #mlk#maine#kennebunkport#daytripsociety
