Weigh in was yesterday! Wasn't surprised I hadn't lost much weight since all week I've been really focused on rebuilding all the muscle I lost while pregnant 💪 Starting tonight I'm going to be incorporating 30 minutes on the stair master before my main workouts 💦

After eating 4 plates of food and taking a power nap, It was time to get a chest and triceps workout in. I’ve been wanting to emphasize my upper chest more so I’ve been doing a lot of incline movements like this. I did 4x8-12 reps on an incline bench cable fly and supersetted that with medicine ball pushups until failure (which are brutal by the way 🔥)

A small spread for just the two of us last night, but omg that was probably the best turkey I've ever had! Dinner was turkey, roasted with 1lb of bacon butter (butter, bacon, fresh herbs) and a bacon blanket, keto Brussels sprouts au gratin, keto cauliflower mash, green bean casserole with a kick, rolls, an amazing homemade cranberry sauce, and ridiculous gravy. Dessert was a quick peppermint pie for me and a keto pumpkin pie for her. 🤗 we started the day off with a hike, and i only fell down a little bit. Lol
Things have been so crazy for both of us lately, that we needed a day just for us, and it was wonderful!
