Is there a quick and by quick I mean time machine journey into the past to fix the fucked upness washing over me after 3 bananas & orange juice? It's like I drank half a bottle of wine with none of the good buzz and all of the bleh.
I don't know what kicked my ass so bad in the past 2 days. Went to bed with a sick toddler last night and staying at home today was such a disruption in our rythm and I just wanted to eat something that doesn't exist. Figured okay then, at least stay keto. Until it wasn't keto anymore.
Haven't felt this run down by a derailed train in a month. Staying awake is hard and I don't want to sleep. I vaguely remember that various degrees of this used to be my life.
Now - how do I fix it FAST?
Tried something different in the gym tonight cause I wanted to see how far I've come. I chucked 30kg of weight into a backpack and tried walking on the treadmill, I only lasted 2 minutes cause I thought my knees were gonna explode and my shins were burning! I can't believe I used to carry that with me every day, how I ever did anything is beyond me 😒

I woke up starving, with a headache, and was really tempted to eat the boys waffles. Instead I made some keto crepes. 🤓 I added pumpkin pie spice while they were cooking and drizzled some sugar free syrup on top! So good!
