Guys this is my first real before and after! First picture was in November when I first started Keto (238) and the other was this week (220). Sometimes I let the scale get to my head and I feel like I’m not as far a long as I wish I was...but dude. NSV are the best and most encouraging things out there!! I’ve lost several inches all around and these are the first pictures where I’m like YES I CAN SEE IT. GO ME 🎉 🎈 🎊 p.s. my room is always messy #sorrynotsorry

Anyways! I'm down 2 more pounds today. So I'm not only back to my pre-holiday weight, I'm 2 pounds lighter. 🤓 18 pounds down total. So excited. Only 2 more pounds to go until I reach this month's goal. 💪

I’ve actually got a couple of 5 & 10 day experiences going out today & I have a few left that I’d love to get into your hands! I just got more Pink Lemonade in! 🙌🏻 The fact of the matter is that I have been really trying to research and understand ketones and what they do for our overall health. You see, I will never lead someone down the path of a “quick fix” or a promise to lose a whole bunch of weight based on a supplement. Everyone should know by now it takes a balance of a healthy diet, resting and working your body. With that said what if you could level up in all aspects of your health and fitness, not just what that stupid scale says? 🔥Not everyone wants to feel less cloudiness when going through their day. 🔥Not everyone wants to sleep better. 🔥Not everyone wants steady energy that doesn’t leave you feeling jittery, but instead you feel accomplished. 🔥Not everyone wants to control those crazy cravings. 🔥Not everyone wants to burn some extra fat as fuel.
I get that...comfortable feels good right?
