For real though--if I didn't use avocado in this, I would've cooked the veggies in grass fed butter or ghee, or I would've added some hummus 😍 OR have some bulletproof coffee ☕️ on the side! I'll get my fats in somehow lol!

I haven't had eggs since I got my food sensitivity results (shocker-I'm reactive to my fave foods 😆) so I asked for chicken sausage, bacon, and requested fruit instead of toast 🤗

Now off for a walk on the beach, then more shopping🤗 Not a bad way to spend a Monday 😍 #workhardplayhard

Now off for a walk on the beach, then more shopping🤗 Not a bad way to spend a Monday 😍 #workhardplayhard

All of the food I eat literally takes 5-10 min to make, or i'll just blend up some superfoods, especially if I'm short on time.

This thing called fitness...its a journey. It's definitely not a destination that you arrive at.

2013, after I had TJ I was 250 pounds and when I saw this pic I couldn't believe how out of shape I'd gotten.

I worked my booty off, despite a chronic rib injury from playing volleyball in college, and was able to get into the best shape of my life POST baby (top right pic).

Then, about a month ago, I dislocated a few ribs. Not sure if you can tell from the pic on the bottom right? The right ribs are all out of place. I haven't worked out...I've literally been on the couch most of the day since that's the only position I can be mostly pain free.

Does it suck having lost my muscle mass? Of course. Honestly I'm more concerned about just being healthy and pain free.

I may not have the power to change my circumstances, but I can always choose how I respond to them.

I choose to control what I can (my nutrition) and focus on healing. .
Prayers for a speedy recovery are appreciated 😘😘😘

Eat for how you want to FEEL!! I know that eating processed junk makes me feel like junk--so I rarely eat it. .
Eat foods in their most natural state and before you eat something ask yourself if it's going to make you feel better or worse!

Pro jantar foi a vez do marido cozinhar. Essa massa de pizza eu descobri hoje e sempre recebendo muitos elogios. Receita da massa: 150g de queijo mussarela, 2 colheres de cream chease; 2 ovos grandes; 1/3 cup de farinha de amêndoas. Primeiro vc coloca o queijo e o creamchease em um recipiente que possa ir ao microondas, aquece por 1 min +/- tira e mistura com um garfo, volta pro microondas e acrescenta mais 30 segundos ou 1 minuto para terminar de misturar e deixar bem homogêneo; adiciona os ovos e a farinha e amassa bem com as maos. A textura fica bem parecida com a de uma massa de pizza normal. abre a massa numa forma coberta com papel manteiga e assa ate ela ficar nem douradinha. Poe seu recheio favorito e volta pro forno por mais 8 ou 10 minutos e esta pronto. Essa receita é pra comer chorando de tão boa que fica. Ficou muuuuuito melhor do q eu poderia imaginar!
