It's late here and I had no motivation to run, but I got up and pushed myself! I normally run in the morning without any problems. Tonight, I ran 3 miles and it felt good. It's been stressful here on my end with my husband gone. And I feel too tired to run .
Does running help you with stress? Any workouts help you reduce stress?
I'm back on #ketodiet . My appetite left with my husband. It's been a few weeks and I'm able to eat, lol. I didn't think I'd be too sad to eat. I'm trying to stay on track with my running and keto life.
This is what I call "breakfast brownie" I eat one almost everyday. 1 Tbsp creamy almond butter 1 Tbsp liquid egg white 1 tsp cacao powder 1/2 tsp erythritol ( I use lakanto ) stir stir stir in a little bowl, microwave for 30 seconds. Boom! Brownie! #keto#ketodiet#ketofab#ketocravings#ketolife
