Breakfast again today is just a regular coffee because I was running late for work and didn’t have the time to make anything. I really need to find keto friendly breakfast spots (drive thru’s).. I wonder if McDonalds, Tim Horton’s, Starbucks etc have (no meat) options.. hmmm. SUPPER: I shared how I typically place my order at Wendy’s in my stories. We don’t order fast food often, but when we need to, it’s nice to have easy options. The first pic is my humorous jr. cheeseburger I got last night in a pinch. It actually was a much better experience than tonight. I ordered bunless burgers and got regular burgers and other items for my family mixed up. To remedy it, I pulled the buns off when I got home and added mayo and reduced sugar ketchup. I think I may have to drive a little farther to a different @wendys to get my meals from now on.

Totally maxed out on calories for today. I find that I’ve been wanting to eat more lately since I’ve started exercising. I’m going to really have to be diligent with tracking. I’m looking forward to getting a watch that tracks my calorie burn but I guess the new @fitbit iconic has limited features in Canada. So maybe the @apple watch!? I’m not sure but I better decide before Black Friday!

@mcdonalds for lunch. I came prepared this time and stopped by the store across the street and got some keto-friendly dressing and a mini goat cheese (that I didn't ended up eating). This right here is the Montreal burger. They like to make jokes and call it the Monreal there (which I totally said it Monreal which got a few laughs for the day.. oops.. 😂). This baby was loaded with tomato, lettuce, pickles, bacon, roast beef, jalapeno peppers, mayo, mustard and salt/pepper. Don't forget the Montreal cheese!! 😍😍😪😪 <- I'm in heaven!

The kids are having a fun, eventful Friday night w friends, so it's Marcos for dinner! I'm trying to figure out how all their friends always end up at our house lol!?! Meatball Bake with no meatballs- we got steak and green peppers! The kids thought it sounded weird- but everyone loved it! 👌😋
On Keto, I've had to learn to modify things that I was already eating. One of my go to breakfasts was a sausage and cheese mcmuffin from McDonalds. Thankfully, Mickey D's will just take off the muffin and give you the sausage and cheese in a container. This messy looking piece of food was really tasty. (1.6g Carbs | 64.8g Fat | 53.4g Protein. It is a Double Whopper with cheese, add jalapeños (because they make everything better) minus the bun minus the sauce (as you can see, they don’t listen and you have to throw the bun and scrap the sauce off yourself) from @hungryjacksau (or Burger King for those international followers)
Not very hungry today, I ate the other half of my Lily’s chocolate 🍫 for breakfast because, why not? 💁🏻♀️😂 my husband had lunch early today so we went and got food, him at five guys (burger bowl) he’s keto too! I got kinda sick of burgers so I went to chick-fil-a and got a Cobb salad without corn or tomato and used my own dressing at home. I hate salad but this is one of my favorites 😋
