This girl is stuck. Had a great food and exercise week and the scale thumbed its nose at me. I'm feeling great and loving how my clothes are fitting so, of course, I'm trying to focus on that. I'd be lying if I said it hasn't frustrated me. SO I stumbled on these two pictures this morning cleaning out my phone (which keeps screaming at me that it's almost full) 🙄. This is Keto / IF progress. 6.5 pounds between the two. I haven't worn this shirt since then but I'm thinking another one is due. 😄 I needed this today.

So tonight is date night with the Hubbs. He was craving Chinese food and Roast Duck. I had this. Steamed spinach with three kinds of egg (century, salted and the normal one). I dont know if I broke my fast because I had a serving of the spinach. Oh well.
Enjoying my peppermint white chocolate mocha bullet proof coffee and writing out my Thanksgiving grocery list while my hubby prepares for weekend duty. How many of you guys are "ketofying" their Thanksgiving recipes? We will be eating with non keto friends, not to mention my husband is a carboholoc as well. Since my girlfriend and I are splitting the cooking 50/50 I'm making sure at least what I bring will be keto. She is so sweet she always makes keto things for me as well. I find that the majority of people love keto food so it's really never a problem sharing. The only things I'll be missing out on this year is the stuffing and mashed potatoes but that's okay because I'm bringing two keto desserts 🍰🍰😍 Here is what I'll be dining on this Thanksgiving!

Eggs, heavy cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, salt & pepper. Cook on 350 until done about 15-20 minutes. Berries are the best on Keto in small portions.

Today is Day ONE of the November 10 Day Challenge I’m doing with @size22guru ☺️ It’s a small challenge to get our butts to the gym and if we can’t make it, we have to at least do a 30 minute walk. She created it to help push herself and others get more active. The recreation centers are closed on weekends so therefore, I did my 30 minute walk. 🤗
I’m going to enjoy a bit more time out here, listen to Moby, reflect on the past year’s events and set up personal goals on self growth and self love. There were a ton of lessons this past year that caused me to take the test first but I wouldn’t have it any other way because at the end of it, I came out smarter and stronger. 💪🏻 I never lose. I either win or I learn. ☺️

Swipe for the recipe 👉 I intended on using 8 egg whites but only had 7, there were no problems it tasted exactly like a pavlova full of sugar but a slice only has .... wait for it ... 20 calories 😂😂😂 what a trick!! And only .6g of carbs 😆 that’s not including the cream and strawberries but hey .. live a little!! 🍓😘😘 Christmas Dessert is sorted! Hooray for pavlova!!! Oh and be really careful adding the lemon, if you beat it in I’m sure it starts to separate the eggs in a bad way, just fold it in! Hooray 😃🎄🍓💖🙌👏
