I've tried Ketogenic diets before, and of the 3 times I tried, I quit every time because I would eat something that would kick me out of ketosis and then I would have to go through that damn keto flu again! 🤢🙈 I'm not saying it can't be done, it can and I have to give it to those that can do it through nutrition alone!
Me personally, I enjoy life and food too much to take the weeks and months it takes to get into to Ketosis and then maintaining it🙄... nope not me! If you're trying to get into Ketosis with just food, your talking strict meal plan with typically 70% fats, 25% protein and 5%carbs. With that low percentage of carbs, you will be getting that from your veggies and healthy fats alone.
So when you see "low-carb" that is not the same as a Ketogenic meal plan that actually gets you into Ketosis.
Like I've said before, it's about lifestyle for me! Working out (Aka Moving your Body), Eating healthy MOST of the time (High Fat, veggies, Moderate Protein and Low Carb) and also enjoying foods I like on occasion like All things Brunch, Pizza and donuts! And with this, I can do those things and not worry about ruining all my progress or stressing about having to go through the strict plan to get back into Ketosis, because I'm drinking the Ketones, which put me into Ketosis within an hour after drinking them!! The cool part is, I don't even crave crappy food and I haven't binged once or even wanted to! ❤ So happy you tried Ketones, Celina 👐

**READ IF YOU EVER STRUGGLED WITH ACNE** I don't usually post things like this but thought some of you guys might benefit from it. All my life I struggled with acne and was super self conscious about it. I tried so many things I just couldn't get ride of them long term. About 3 months ago I decided to try ketogenic diet( not for acne reason at the time) however it helped me clear up my acne! Ketogenic diet is when you keep your carbs really low (about 5% of your diet) and high fat(75% of your food). So I started doing some research! In many cases (not all) acne is driven by insulin!! When dietary carbohydrates are reduced, insulin level drops significantly! Insulin is an important factor in acne, but not the only one! After reading alot I found a simple explanation(swipe right). So if you are like me, who tried everything( I even was prescribed Accutane in high school) look into this and see if it works for you! Also keep in mind that going low carb is not the only way to reduce insulin. Reducing sugar and refined carbohydrates is what makes the biggest difference!

Mealplannerpro.... seriously amazing. I thought it would save me time (and I'm sure it will in the long run) but right now it's just incredibly addicting! Anyone else use something similar and if so, what? AND what tips have you got for meal planning?!

Been experimenting with this for a while now . Doing some heavier lifting and even studied on it . My verdict is , its pretty powerful stuff . Going to use it ocationaly when im in need of a boost 😊. Not shure about how healthy it is in the long run and there is some conflicting opinions on this .ketone expert dr veech says that ketone salts are not bio identical and therefor could cause some problems , whats your opinion ? Go or a no go?

Even with a "shark week day 4" I stood bloated and proud with my afters cramping and all! Leaner, stronger, proud and so elated with energy of completing SOMETHING for 6weeks!!!!
