I went to pick up an order from @vitaminshoppe because they don't ship to Canada; I'm glad I live so close to the border!
I ordered @vitalproteins collagen; I use this every day in my coffee and had run out. I also ran out of @optimumnutrition Amino Energy; this is the first time I've seen this version that's sweetened with stevia! I'm excited to try it. But honestly the entire order was based around me being desperate to get my hands on @bhufoods protein bars! The ingredients and macros are amazing and I have been wanting to try them forever!
I also stopped by @gnclivewill to pick up @bangenergy ...I've been seeing posts about it and was curious so I grabbed a few flavours to try; I had to get two of the cotton candy because it was recommended by @ellipticalfragalistic and @ketopineapple
Annnd I obviously couldn't go across border without making a stop @traderjoes cause I mean who would?! Picked up some staples and a couple of new items to try like the frozen coconut chunks, acai & organic taco sauce. Plus a can of pumpkin cause it's fall and #basic 🙊

We know, we know, this one doesn't look as appealing, but trust us when we say this coconut chicken curry is the 💣 dot com! •
For 3 serves
500 grams chicken breast
1 400ml can of coconut cream
2 TB coconut oil
1 TB curry powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
20g lurpak garlic butter
Brown the chicken in the coconut oil and add garlic and ginger, cook off a few more minutes then add spices. Add coconut milk after 5 minutes then summer till sauce reduces by half then add butter.
We served ours with our home made cauli rice which was stir fried in garlic butter.

The all very popular keto BBQ bacon cheeseburger Casserole 😍😍 this is very indulgent on our part but hey, that's why we exist, to try recipes for you guys! We played around with some recipes that are floating around and came up with this. •
1kg beef mince
300 grams middle bacon
1/4 cup cream cheese
1TB mustard sauce
2TB Heinz low sugar tomato sauce
1TB Worcestershire sauce
100grams cheese of your choice
1TB sugar free BBQ sauce •
Brown off the mince, turn the heat off and mix in the cream cheese, Worcestershire, tomato and mustard sauce, transfer to baking dish. •
Cool off bacon and add to baking dish, add cheese and bake till cheese is melted and golden, once it's come out the oven, add BBQ sauce 😍😍😍. K guys scratch that last brownie recipe cause oooommmggggg this was 💣💣💣
• 3/4 cup coconut oil
• 60 grams cocoa butter
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Hand Mixer for 3 Minutes (I used a @vitamix):
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup confectioners style erythritol or Monk fruit
• 1 tsp vanilla
In A Bowl:
• 2 tbsp coconut flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 3 tbsp @usana_to Fibergy
Mix them all together with a rubber spatula and bake for 30 mins at 160C or 350F
CONDENSED COCONUT MILK GOODNESS 😍:
Bring 1 can full fat coconut milk to a boil and add 2 tbsp confectioners style erythritol. Reduce to low-med heat and simmer for 30 mins until reduced by about half. Poke holes in brownies with fork and pour over. 👅🎤 #micdrop
Eat 1/4 of the batch immediately before bedtime so you cant sleep and are forced to post on instagram at the wrong posting time
