Hey Keto Family! I'm needing help! This is my 11pm blood ketones. I've been Keto for 5 months, not fully strict because I'm enjoying my off season. For the last month I have been strict. I'm now trying to dial in my ketone numbers because I don't know if I'm burning fat for fuel completely. My highest test was 0.8. I'm trying to figure out how to raise that number and would love your advise. Current macros: 140f/24c/112p. Current goals: bulking/weightlifting to build muscle. Thanks so much!

Plus one more hour in the fat burn part for after midnight.. Work was super busy tonight so plenty of running around. I wasn't going to eat after my one egg earlier, but ended up having 2 fried shrimp dipped in some bang bang sauce, some bacon bits, like 2 pepperoni and some cheese LOL 😅 I got a little hungry and it's hard to avoid those little things working in a restaurant 💁🏼 Also burned about 3,300 calories today according to my Fitbit.
Sorry for not posting yesterday I was working whilst having a temperature and the flu! Was using all my energy to not pass out! 🤧🙄😷 But I managed to stay on target and hit 13g of carbs! Got a more relaxed day today of work from 5-8 am then just some uni revision for my exam tomorrow! 🤓🤓 #ketolife

Мне нравится вставать очень рано, за утро я успеваю переделать кучу второстепенных дел, на которые мне не нужно отвлекаться в течении дня. Мне не хватает 24 часов в сутки, я бы наверное вообще не спала если бы было можно. Спать я ложусь тоже очень рано - это мой идеальный график, я и чувствую себя хорошо и выгляжу соответственно.
Smoked salmon fillet & salad for dinner tonight 🐟....I’ve never really liked salmon as it’s so rich but am trying to grow my tastebuds to become accustomed with it as it’s just such a good source of good fats, protein & omega 3. Perfect for the ketogenic diet! I got through half of this fillet and I think I will turn the rest into a dip with crackers for lunch 👍🏻
literally diet food rn. always used to love making charcuterie plates at work because it was the one dish chefs would let you decide the design for. i remember always taking pride in my plates and even though this one is way overcrowded it’s still nice to flashback to my garde manger days every once in awhile. #ketolife#charcuterie#meatandcheeseplate#fatandfatplate

My favourite food and I had to have it back in my life. Tonight I made fathead dough and turned it into chips! It was so delicious! Next time I'll roll the base a bit thinner to get it all nice and crisp.
One fucking day at a time! The last week has been hard for me!
