Argh Sydney’s killing me with its weather 😓 yesterday was good today hot and muggy again 🤷🏼♀️ the good thing is tho I now have someone to eating !! Yay ! It get lonely having your one meal a day on your own all the time to finally have someone by you on the same Journey as you is great ! Sigh I changed tabs for a sec and Instagram re loaded and deleted everything I typed🤦🏻♀️ lol gotta start all over again😂 anyway I totally spaced yesterday and forgot to post my picture of dinner😅 even though I actually took a picture I liked for once🙄 I'm an airhead sometimes I swear😂 I had a burger with mayo and mustard, wrapped in lettuce, 4oz shrimp cooked in 1tbsp of butter and one medium zucchini sliced and cooked in the leftover butter from the shrimp and a little peanut &sesame oil😋soo good!
Today has been a really weird, disorienting day for me! I didn't wake up till 4 in the afternoon😳 it sucked! So last night I was unusually sleepy around midnight so I went to my bedroom to sleep with the boyfriend and wound up just laying there until like 2:30am so I get up to go to the couch and watch some tv, laid there listening to TWD with my eyes closed until 5AM!!😭 boyfriend gets up soon at that point so I go to our room and lay down in bed, 6am comes and my boyfriend gets ready for work(I may have guilted him into staying in bed with me for longer because I was feeling so freaking tired at this point😞 he leaves around 8am so I get up and go to the couch again and just laid there till after 10:30am!! That's the last time I read on my phone before I finally fell asleep! Wth was up with that?? Insomnia is so weird👀 so now I'm probably gonna be up all night😭 RIP my sleep schedule. I ate at like 6pm and I woke up at 4pm so I don't know if this counts as lunch or dinner...🤔 whatever, first meal today was 5oz of cauliflower riced with 1tbsp and a half of butter, salt and lemon juice😋 topped with one serving of Mississippi pot roast from my freezer, I mixed in one tablespoon of sour cream for a better texture and then I poached an egg because eggs are life😅

🍱 After a big walk this morning & doing a whole bunch of housework, we just sat down to this delicious first meal of the day 🐷 Pork rinds, pickles, Brie, deli fresh ham & ‘hot’ salami (wasn’t hot) 🔥
Also I haven’t eaten any cheese in a week so this was so satisfying 💕🧀
🐷 A post for @ketocoastie who was keen to try some pork belly 😍 - each time we have made a pork belly dish we have just grabbed this Coles one. But I think you could pretty much get any pork belly (most grocery stores have multiple options these days) and cook as per similar instructions found here. (swipe for cooking directions) x 🐷
