I nearly cried in Cotton On yesterday while trying on these shorts. They are a size 16 and are cute af! 😍 I can't believe how much I've lost and how different I look now since starting keto. I mean look at my keto booty! It looks better and better every day! 😂🍑 But let me get real, real quick. My weightloss has stalled around 96kg in the last month and I was losing motivation and faith in the process and I had a cheat meal. But I have snapped out of it and readjusted what I was eating and I've already started losing a little bit again! Seriously trying on these shorts was the little bit of encouragement I needed. 24.3kgs to go! 🧀🍳🥓🍗🥗
Keto Mozarella Sticks! These were amazingly delicious! (I'm sorry I dont have exact measurements on the cheese and seasoning!) Keto Mozarella Sticks:
•parmesan cheese •3 eggs
•mozarella cheese sticks
•garlic powder •italian seasoning •oil
1. Cut string cheese in half. Mix parmesan cheese with garlic powder and italian seasoning.
2. Whisk eggs and set up "breading" station.
3. Dip the cheese in egg, then roll in the parmesan cheese.
4. Place the coated cheese sticks on a wax paper lined baking sheet.
5. Place in the freezer for an hour.
6. After they freeze, fry them in oil. Make sure the oil is very hot!
7. Serve them warm with dip of your choice! Enjoy! 😉
A perfect bite of keto friendly #comfortfood ! Falls right around the corner and thankfully I can still get my comfort food in with keto. Tonight dinner was some roasted broccoli, steak and a creamy mashed califlower. I might have seconds and not feel guilty!
SUPPER: Crack chicken, caulirice, & broccoli...it was really hard not to eat more of the crack chicken than I did, but the sides helped. My fat intake was really low today, so I had some Lily’s chocolate & strawberry whip for dessert. Nom nom.
This is the first time I’ve made this while on keto. I made it before and loved it. This time, I made it a bit lower in carbs, since one packet of ranch dressing mix has SIXTEEN carbs 😳. I used 2 lbs frozen chicken breasts, put them in the crockpot, drizzled avocado oil on them for moisture, added 1 block of 1/3 fat Philadelphia cream cheese (lower in carbs), & measured out half the packet of ranch seasoning. I cooked on high for 4 hours, shredded it with a couple of forks, and it was juicy and delicious.
