Hey! Decided to take my fitness progress out of my illustration account so ill posts all my selfies, food pics and other fitness stuff here. So i started my weightloss journey in 2013. Ive been heavy since i was in elementary school, was never into exercise and ate everything i wanted. So finally in 2013 i got on a scale and saw i was over 200lbs. I was pre diabetic, always depressed, walking was painful because i statted getting tendonitis and I was fed up. I started with crossfit twice a week, slowly getting some strength back amd learning mobility. There i learned about the paleo diet, which helped me lose 30ish poinds my first year. From there i started working on strength training and building muscle, i stuck to paleo but was struggling with binge eating. I plateaued at 173lbs for forever. After taking a cruise this July i came back weighing 178.8lbs, and was struggling to get it off. I was doing crossfit 4 times a week, cardio at planet fitness an hour every day, and eating low carb. Still no budge. Then i read Why We Get Fat by Gary Taubes, and figured out my hormones, insulin levels and genetics were impacting my progress, my body just cant deal with carbs and i needed to start undoing the years of damage i did to my system. So i started keto at the beginning of August. The weight is coming off easily, i cut back on cardio and have been lifting more. My sleep schedule is slowly become normal, my skins cleared up, chronic migraines are gone, waist is getting tiny, and i dont fall asleep after meals anymore! On day 4 I fasted and today I'm not fasting 😩SMH, so that is only 2lbs in two days. One thing I've known about myself is I'm not good when I take brakes in my weight-loss journey, I will get back on track though. I will be back on my water fast tomorrow for sure until I reach 295lbs and will start KETO. Anyone else!? Eh? Lol 💁🏻👀 I have found it really interesting how much mental strength and diligent work it takes to not only keep your mind focused but keep it focused on the good! I really struggle with not being so hard on myself [most of my anxiety comes from what I think I should be doing or where I should be]. It's great to have goals and work toward them but I'm learning it is equally important to allow myself some grace. Changing your whole way of eating is a huge deal mentally and physically[especially when you're addicted to sugar and have been your whole life]. Be proud of that huge change, that incredible step of moving forward. Choosing to care about yourself enough to change how you eat is incredible! And I just don't think that gets said enough. You all are incredible! 🖤🖤🖤🖤
Officially 70lbs lighter one year later.
Today we had our annual Fall Festival at work, and my wonderful boss sent me the photo on the left from last year's event, so naturally I had to take another pic!
So much has changed, more than just my weight - my habits, my mood, my self-control, my desires, my goals. Thank you so much to those who have encouraged me along my journey - I won't let you down. I can't wait to see how far I can go.
In June, when i started doing the #ketodiet I weighed almost 240 pounds. Today, I weighed in at 198.8, the first time I've been below 200 in almost 6 years. I was a size 20 then, and today I was able to pick up a pair of 16 jeans at the store. So excited to keep up with this diet to hit my goals!

i knew i had gained a lot of weight, but it didn't feel that way back then. i covered it well. i also did not realize how far i have come until i was shown this. i am grateful and blessed by the folks around me with constant support. it isn't easy, but it's worth it.

FLASHBACK to THIRTY days ago--
I found myself STUCKAF😳
I was RUNNING on fumes.💨
Sure I would physically run 3.5 miles
DREADED getting out of bed.😱 Then after I ran, I'd be getting right back in bed as soon as I got home😴
I would pass out for 3-4 hours 🙈#NAPQUEEN
I had ZERO energy.
Which then led to a vicious cycle for my anxiety-- I felt like I SHOULD be doing so much MORE-- I had ZERO motivation to do ANYTHING
Which made me NEGLECT things--
My finances were a joke even though I was working my ASS off.
I just felt TERRIBLE--
My world was crumbling around me--
I legit HATED who I had become
I HID from everyone--
If we made plans, I'd cancel.
I found myself turning to FOOD to cope-- WHAT IN THE ACTUAL FUCK CHELSEA--
You're supposed to be the role model here--
You're supposed to be the "health and fitness coach"--
LET'S GET IT TOGETHER🎉🎉🎉

Exciting update on Frank's progress!
I always begin working with a new client with a positive attitude and the expectation that they are going to get great results!
However, there are usually a lot of variables that are outside of my control, and I'm normally not with my clients on a daily basis.
They may skip a workout, not follow the prescribed diet plan to the T, drink too much alcohol, not sleep enough, etc. There are so many important details that must be followed and people don't realize how much precision matters, especially for tough weight loss cases.
Additionally, many people may have more complicated issues that need to be dealt with. Things such as fungal, yeast, or parasite issues, other gut problems, hormonal imbalances, toxicity, etc. Unfortunately, these blocking factors can completely hinder (or override) diet and exercise and that is why many people struggle.
The current transformation that I am working on is super unique, because I have the ability to control everything! I've been hired to live with and travel with my client.
I oversee every workout, every piece of food, every ounce of water, sleep, supplements, massage and recovery tools, and much more.
That being said, Frank has worked his butt off, not complained, and gone above and beyond to put forth great effort every single day. To be honest, I have been very impressed and excited!
In just 8 days he is down 15 pounds and we have completely eliminated all sugar and carb cravings using a high fat diet with a small amount of ketone salts in the afternoon.
The transformation is going extremely well and I will keep you posted with more information about what we are doing and the progress that Frank is making.

Before starting this diet, my boyfriend and I went on vacation and ate wayyyy to much junk food and drank wayyyy too much alcohol. So I wasn’t too surprised the scale was higher when I got home. I’m also pretty confident this weight loss is mainly water weight that I retained on the trip.
I’m also very surprised I haven’t had any carb cravings (I think I got my load on vacation) but I’m also surprised I’m not having any low carb symptoms yet since I ate so much carbs on vacation and instantly dropped my carbs below 20 the day following vacation.
The last two days I’ve kept my calories around 1600kcals and 20 net carbs. I tried to drop my calories lower yesterday but was still hungry at night so I ended with 1600kcals again. I’m going to keep my macros the same for this week and then possibly recalculate my macros next week since my weight is dropping back to more of my normal weight (I calculated my macros for the weight I weighed the day after vacation)
