I'm confident this has nothing to do with anything I did + everything to do with the fact that 🦈 week is coming... 🙄 Yea, it sucks and usually I would get upset over a gain, but I know I'm doing everything right to the best of my ability so as always- I'm gonna keep calm + keto on! 💜
It stopped raining long enough to finally cook up our burgers! Grassfed patties and you'll see in the second pic the messy pile of delicious after I added some sauteed onions, bacon crumbles, pub cheese, and some Beecher's Flagship cheese (SO GOOD). I didn't finish it all and for dessert I only had half of the Atkins bar (which seriously tastes like just a regular candy bar...kinda dangerous). I don't do a ton of the fake sugar stuff, mostly just in diet soda and sf Powerades, but when I get a mad candy craving, I'm glad I know what I can get for only 3 net carbs and 💯 satisfaction.
I love a good 20 minute one pot dinner! Riced cauliflower, yellow squash, grilled chicken Alfredo 👌🏻.
•it's one of those dump and cook kinda meals. •I used pre-cooked grilled chicken that I prepared last night. •start with a hot skillet with olive oil.
•toss in veggies (I used squash and riced cauliflower)

This was a weird but DELICIOUS dinner. I had some broccoli in the fridge, so I made some salad. And I had some cauliflower, so I made cauliflower "bread" grilled cheese. AND I had a chicken breast, so I sautéed it in some butter. Yum yum yum...
The cauliflower bread is crazy simple and perfection. 1 riced head of cauliflower, 1 egg, 1/2 cup Parmesan, and a tsp of seasoning (I used Chicken Shit, my FAVE). I can't post the link, but google Kirbie's Cravings, cauliflower-crusted grilled cheese sandwiches. It actually does come out kinda like a bread consistency, which I did not expect. This was a winner winner, literal chicken dinner 😂🐓
Delicious food alert 🚨 tonight's dinner was absolutely delicious. Try it! Paneer cheese, fried in butter with garlic and onion.. medium curry powder, a tbs of Veg Bouillon and pepper...stir...throw some baby button mushrooms and spinach, til they are tender, can of coconut milk..mix it all in, leave it for about 15 mins and..there's your tasty #ketovegetarian meal.
